I’m Masood Hassan Qureshi—an executive leader, coach and storyteller based in Dubai. My career has taken me across Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, through engineering, sales, supply chain and operations. Today, I continue to lead operations for a regional lubricants company.
Leading through acquisitions, cultural change and disruption has taught me that performance starts with people. I bring that experience into coaching, training and speaking, helping leaders find clarity and develop the people around them.
